1. General Terms and Definitions
The following General Terms govern the operation of the Mmk121 platform (the "Platform"), its betting services, and any other services made available to Customers. The terms below, together with the Privacy Policy and the Betting Rules, form the binding agreement between the Customer and Mmk121 (the "Operator").
- Account means the Customer’s active profile on the Platform used to place bets, manage funds, and access services.
- Bet means a wager placed on an Event or a set of Events in accordance with these Terms and the Betting Rules.
- Event means any sport, game, competition, or other activity on which a Bet may be offered for wagering.
- Outcome means the result of an Event or any component thereof that determines whether a Bet wins or loses.
- Settlement means the process of determining Bet results, calculating winnings or losses, and crediting or debiting the Customer’s Account accordingly.
- KYC means the Know Your Customer process used to verify identity and assess risk, in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Restricted Jurisdiction means any country or region where use of the Platform is prohibited by law or regulatory prohibition.
- Governing Law means the law applicable to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms as described in Section 15.
These Terms, together with all incorporated policies, regulate use of the Platform. If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
2. Acceptance; Amendments; Interpretation
By registering for an Account or using the Platform, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Betting Rules, and all supplementary policies published on the Platform. Mmk121 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform and may require re-verification of the Customer’s information. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The most recent version governs the relationship of the parties.
3. Eligibility; Age; Jurisdiction
Access to and use of the Platform is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority applicable in the Customer’s jurisdiction, and who are legally permitted to participate in online gambling where such participation is lawful. The Operator may refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts for any Customer located in, or attempting to access the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It remains the Customer’s responsibility to determine and comply with local laws before using the Platform.
4. Registration and Account Security
Customers must create a single Account. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity conducted through the Account. The Customer must provide accurate information; KYC documentation may be required to verify identity and age before, during, or after registration. The Operator may suspend or terminate access if verification is incomplete or if fraud or other unlawful activity is suspected. The Customer shall notify the Operator promptly of any suspected unauthorized use of the Account.
5. Deposits; Withdrawals; Account Balances
Funds deposited into the Account are for the sole purpose of participating in wagering offered by the Platform. Accepted payment methods, processing times, minimum and maximum limits, and any fees shall be published in the Deposit and Withdrawal Policy. All withdrawals are subject to verification of identity and source of funds consistent with applicable anti‑money‑laundering requirements. Withdrawals are paid to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless otherwise stated. The Operator reserves the right to impose additional verification checks, impose limits, or refuse a withdrawal if the Customer’s activity appears suspicious or violates these Terms.
6. Bets, Wagering, Settlement, and Bet Rules
Bets may be placed only on available Markets within the Platform and in accordance with the applicable Betting Rules. A Bet is binding once the wager amount is accepted by the Platform. Settlement occurs after the relevant Event has concluded or as otherwise specified by the Rules. In the event of bet cancellations, the stake shall be refunded in full unless otherwise stated in the Rules. The Operator may adjust odds or suspend markets in accordance with market conditions, injury reports, or other regulatory requirements. A Bet may be deemed void or voidable if any information required to establish eligibility or outcome is missing or erroneous.
- Single Bet – a wager on a single outcome.
- Accumulator – a wager on two or more independent outcomes where all selections must win for any payout.
- System Bet – a multi-selection bet where multiple combinations are placed, with settlement based on the winning selections.
- Other Bet Types – additional formats offered by the Platform may be introduced or removed at the Operator’s discretion, with corresponding rules published.
7. Live Betting
Live (in‑play) bets are accepted on events after kick‑off or commencement where the Platform offers real‑time wagering. Live Bets are settled based on the official result or outcome as defined in the Betting Rules; the Operator may suspend or disable live markets at its discretion. Price updates, streaming delays, and technical interruptions do not entitle the Customer to a modification of settled results except as provided by the Rules.
8. Promotions; Bonuses; Free Bets; and Fair Play
The Platform may offer promotions, bonuses, or free bets subject to terms and conditions published at the time of offer. Promotions may require minimum deposit, wagering obligations, or other criteria. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonuses—including, but not limited to, collusion, circular play, or exploit of wagering requirements—may result in forfeiture of winnings, removal of bonuses, and account termination. The Customer must comply with all promotion terms; failure to do so may lead to restrictions on bonuses and related winnings.
9. Responsible Gambling
The Customer shall use the Platform responsibly. The Operator provides tools to set expenditure, loss, time, and session limits, and to request self‑exclusion or temporary pauses. Where applicable, performance data and activity will be monitored to detect problematic gambling behavior. Customers may request assistance or opt for permanent or temporary self‑exclusion, and the Operator will comply with applicable regulatory requirements regarding such requests.
10. Identity Verification; Anti‑Money Laundering; and Fraud Prevention
The Operator may perform KYC checks at registration, before processing withdrawals, and on an ongoing basis. The Customer agrees to provide necessary documents and information upon request. The Operator may suspend, block, or terminate transactions, suspend accounts, or report to authorities if suspicious activity or regulatory non‑compliance is detected, or if required by applicable laws.
11. Privacy; Data Protection; and Cookies
The collection, use, and disclosure of Customer data are governed by the Platform’s Privacy Policy. The Customer consents to the processing of personal data for the purposes of providing services, improving the Platform, and complying with legal obligations. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to enhance functionality and analytics. The Customer may exercise data subject rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
12. Disputes; Dispute Resolution
The Customer may lodge a complaint via the established dispute‑resolution channel within the Platform. The Operator shall acknowledge receipt of a complaint and respond within a reasonable period. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to pursue available external dispute resolution mechanisms as required by applicable law, including arbitration or court action in the jurisdiction governing these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property; Access; and Limitation of Liability
All content and software comprising the Platform are protected by intellectual property laws owned by or licensed to the Operator. The Customer is granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal wagering purposes in accordance with these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes all warranties; the Operator’s liability for direct damages is limited to the amount of fees paid by the Customer to the Operator in the preceding twelve (12) months. In no event shall the Operator be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, data, or goodwill.
14. Termination; Suspension; and Consequences
The Operator may suspend, terminate, or limit access to the Platform, or any Customer account, at any time for reasons including violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory non‑compliance. Upon termination, all rights granted to the Customer shall cease; any remaining balance may be forfeited or refunded in accordance with the Rules and applicable law. The Customer may terminate their Account at any time in accordance with the Platform’s procedures.
15. Governing Law; Jurisdiction
These Terms and the Customer’s use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mmk121 is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction, except to the extent required by applicable law to submit disputes to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
16. Modifications to Terms
The Operator may revise or update these Terms from time to time. The Customer will be notified of material changes; continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If the Customer does not agree to the revised Terms, the Customer may terminate their Account in accordance with the Termination provisions.
17. Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Mmk121 regarding the Platform. If any provision is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.
18. Contact; Support
For questions regarding these Terms or to submit a dispute or request assistance, Customers should use the official support channels within their Account interface or the Platform’s designated support portal. The Operator will respond in accordance with its internal service levels and applicable regulatory timelines.
