Sports Betting Rules

1. Scope and Governing Terms

The Sports Betting Rules govern the use of all interactive sports betting products and services available on the Mmk121 platform to End Users who have a valid betting account. They supplement the General Terms & Conditions. In case of any inconsistency, the General Terms & Conditions shall prevail. The English language version controls; translations are provided for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

End User means an individual who has registered for and holds a betting account with Mmk121.

2. Information Accuracy and Finality

All Betting Information is provided in good faith. Mmk121 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of dates, times, venues, competitors, odds, results, statistics, or other Betting Information. Mmk121 reserves the right to correct obvious mistakes and to exercise final authority on markets, odds, and results.

3. Start Times and Live Bets

If an event begins ahead of its scheduled start time, only bets placed before the actual start are valid for markets that are not live; bets placed after the start time on markets that are not open for live betting will be void. Live betting markets may be offered and settled on real‑time data, subject to data feeds and timing constraints.

4. Abandonment, Postponement and Cancellations

If an event does not start or finish as scheduled, all bets are void unless a market has been unconditionally determined prior to abandonment or postponement. If an event starts on schedule but is subsequently abandoned or not completed within the defined time frame, only bets on markets that are unconditionally determined remain valid; all other bets are void. Mmk121 reserves the right to declare bets void or to settle based on official results or available evidence. Settlement decisions are final and binding.

5. Change of Venue or Schedule

Unless a Specific Event Rule provides otherwise, a change of venue will render all bets on the match void. Bets on non‑team events shall remain valid if the market opened prior to the venue change, unless stated otherwise in the market rules.

6. Time Period Adjustments

If there is a change in the duration of an event, all bets on that event shall be deemed invalid. For events where play occurs during injury or stoppage time, such time shall be treated as part of regular time unless a market specifies otherwise.

7. Settlement, Official Results and Evidence

Markets are generally settled after the Event has concluded. For customer service purposes, some Markets may be settled before an official result is declared; Mmk121 reserves the right to reverse settlements if settlement occurred in error. Settlement may be suspended if there is uncertainty regarding the result. If there is a contradiction between the official result and results displayed on Mmk121, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or, in lieu thereof, Mmk121’s video data shall prevail. If no video data exists, the governing body’s official result governs. The Company’s decision is final and binding.

8. Market Types and Rules

The following market families apply unless otherwise stated in the Specific Event Rules. Individual events may carry additional market types with event‑specific rules:

  • Outright — Bet on the ultimate winner of an Event, tournament, or league; if a participant withdraws or fails to start, such bets may be void.
  • Moneyline — Bet on a participant or side to win; The Field refers to all other participants. If a participant withdraws, settlements are calculated per the market rules.
  • Handicap (HDP) — A virtual head start is applied; settlement is based on the adjusted result.
  • Asian Handicap (In‑Play) — In‑Play handicap settlements are based on the surplus score after the bet is placed; goals scored before placement are disregarded for settlement purposes.
  • Over/Under (OU) — Bet on the total number of goals/points; settled against a fixed reference line.
  • Odd/Even (OE) — Bet on the final total being an odd or even number; settled accordingly.
  • Multi Bets — A combination of two or more selections; all selections must win for a payout. If any selection is void, applicable provisions apply.
  • System Bets — A structured set of selections where not all selections must win; higher risk/return profile; see event‑level rules for calculator guidance.
  • Other Market Types — Correct Score, Half‑Time/Full‑Time, First/Last Goal, Corners, Cards, Penalties, and similar markets are governed by sport‑specific event rules published at the time of offering the market.

9. In‑Play Rules and Data

In‑Play settlements rely on live data feeds and official event information. If there is a discrepancy between live data and official results, or if video evidence indicates a different outcome, such evidence may determine settlement. Data feeds may be delayed; bets are accepted in reliance on the data available at placement.

10. Disputes, Revisions and Time Limits

Disputes must be raised within a reasonable period after settlement. Mmk121 may review data and video evidence and amend, reverse, or void settlements where warranted. Amendments or reversals are generally constrained by a 72‑hour window from settlement, except as required by law or the rules of a governing body.

11. Age, Residency and Compliance

Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction and must reside in a country where online gambling is lawful. Mmk121 may restrict access by jurisdiction and provides responsible‑gaming tools consistent with applicable law, including account limits and self‑exclusion options.

12. Data Protection and Security

Betting activity and personal data are governed by Mmk121’s Privacy Policy. Bets and account activity are recorded for regulatory and auditing purposes. The platform implements reasonable security measures to protect funds and data.
